By using VisionToReal Technologies’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use Service

VisionToReal Technologies helps clients develop their ideas into functional products. We provide design, development, and implementation services under our brand, with ownership and revenue shared according to a pre-agreed percentage.

3.Intellectual Property & Ownership

All projects developed remain the intellectual property of VisionToReal Technologies unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients receive ownership or revenue share according to the percentage agreed in writing before project commencement. Any use, copying, or distribution of the developed product outside the agreed terms is prohibited.

4. Confidentiality

All client ideas, information, and materials are treated as confidential. VisionToReal Technologies agrees not to use or disclose client information outside the scope of the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the project. VisionToReal Technologies is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

6. Revenue & Profit Sharing

Revenue or profits generated from the developed project will be distributed according to the agreed percentage between VisionToReal Technologies and the client.

7. No Guarantees

VisionToReal Technologies does not guarantee commercial success. Returns depend on market conditions, execution, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Revenue, ownership, and IP rights will be settled according to work completed and prior agreements.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment or discrimination
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To submit false or misleading information

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

8. Modifications

VisionToReal Technologies may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
